Bringing gymnastics and fitness to YOU! We provide opportunities for all children to participate in recreational gymnastics and to have fun through movement. We offer both adaptive and inclusion gymnastics classes as a way to meet each child where they are & ensure they have the support needed to thrive. Your gymnast will be introduced to foundational gymnastics skills, turn taking, following 2-4 step circuits, while also developing body awareness and regulating their sensory systems. Caregivers are welcome to participate, but not required. We welcome 1:1 sessions, 1:2 sessions and small group classes.
